Congratulations! 214 Helpdesk Surpasses 10,000 Ticket Milestone

On September 27, at 2:49pm we reached a 10,000 ticket milestone in 214 Helpdesk. This is incredible after barely six months of district-wide usage.

Webserver and Helpdesk Systems Maintenance
