The 214 Helpdesk will be unavailable from 12:00pm until about 12:30pm today for maintenance.

The main site for the helpdesk has undergone a major facelift. We updated the site in order to improve its maintenance and also to eventually add some new features.

Node Naming and Network Time Standards have been updated. The Node Naming document has merely been edited for grammar and clarity; the Network Time Standards document has been edited with significant technical changes.

District 214 has implemented an online, database-driven helpdesk application. The official launch took place at Forest View Education Center on February 10, 2005 where representatives from all district schools convened. The helpdesk kickoff was an enormous success and everyone who attended participated in an overview session of the helpdesk application.
